Pros
A few key team members and coworkers were delightful to work with, but unfortunately, they did not make up for the rest of lack in the company.
Cons
Quite a few downsides to working here: -Performative with micro aggressions often overheard in the office -No process -Your JD responsibilities change often with no compensation increases -Questionable senior management members in the Rev Ops side of biz that would yell and gaslight you into thinking you are bad at your job in meetings -Severely underpaid - roles that are $20k-$40k below market value -Always a fight for any type of career advancement -Lack of work life boundaries -Certain coworkers to throw you under the bus when small issues arise - not supportive
