      Pros

      There used to be lots of pros but it all changed 12 months ago with all leaders now in China. They cut IT roles as it suits them and have removed some great managers

      Cons

      Lack of real leadership, all based in China now and if you don't speak the language you can forget getting involved. Currently under investigation for GDPR issues even though they have been told internally they are in breech, says it all really.

      Pros

      Great pay. Free weekly lunches for salary. Lots of swag. Volunteer ops.

      Cons

      Chinese are fully taking over. For every quit/term an “intern” is replacing them. They treat associates like slaves.
