Shimento helped me a lot in many aspects. Competitive pay rate they’re offered. Provided the medical insurance. They have good tie ups with excellent attorney firms and address the immigration issues and concerns immediately. Their HR team is awesome and addressed my queries and issues instantly. Bi-Weekly payroll helped me to manage my expenses. Their 401K matching rates also equal to the large tech giants rates. CEO and other management staff available all the time to address our queries and issues.

No concerns as of now.

Good insurance, teammates were very friendly, HR and direct managers were very supportive. The work was not good quality, so you don't really work hard

The CEO was visibly inept. He couldn't business and couldn't manage his people very well. All that he was doing was cutting expenses and laying off people instead of looking for business opportunities. No process was in place, any process hat was implemented by our team or by anyone was constantly undermined. There was constant harassment and abuse of power.
