The time-off policy is solid, and the pay is competitive for now. Just don't count on the compensation staying that way once the new private equity owners settle in.

This place had its challenges before, but things have noticeably declined since the private equity group brought in new leadership. Raise a concern with the recently installed President and CMO and you'll get brushed off or talked down to. The overall atmosphere has shifted, and a lot of people feel it. There's also a sense that decisions are being made without a full understanding of how the business actually runs day to day. Don't be surprised if some people move on in the coming months as the new direction takes hold.

Easy tasks, making phone calls and interviewing financial advisors. Have opportunities to travel around the country which is nice. For the tasks they have you do, the job is pretty easy and the money isn’t awful, it isn’t great, but it’s not bad.

Job is extremely boring. You’re essentially working in a call center. Just asking the same questions over and over again. No real management involved in day to day so the culture is absolutely awful. The team is run by 25 year old with zero management experience.
