The company cares for all of their employees. The management is extremely friendly and they have great personalities. SIA is a fast growing company with many opportunities to move in any sector within the firm.

Cons

The pay is not as competitive, but there are many opportunity to cover up for the difference.

Outstanding leadership, supportive and employee-centered work environment. Performance driven culture so if you want to work hard, learn/grow professionally, and be surrounded by those who do then it's a great place for you!

Cons

Smaller so if you're looking for a work environment where you have hundreds or thousands of other employees, this is not a fit. This is clearly a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for.
