- The role and management style helped identify good and very bad work practices. - No time was given to training as work was always dominated by the largest thing to fix or sort out. Stress was high. - Being in the middle of a transition period made individuals target of blame for the politics that were above their role/station. People were regularly used as a scapegoat, gossip and politics was common. - Unfortunately, narcissism blocked the opportunity for discussion or opportunities. - Upper Management accept greenwashing decisions to gain sales. - There was no support system and the unrealistic expectations dominated the decisions and SICAME Ethos and mindset.
