Opportunity to participate in very challenging projects outside of your responsabilities. Very difficult to get fired. Friendly environment. Your input is always welcomed. Zero bureaucracy. Lots of flexibility for you to do your job.
Cons
Often FORCED to participate in very challenging projects WAY outside of your responsibilities. Pay can be downgraded at will (as lo as $7.50 per hour + "commission"). Note: Commission = sell about $100,000 in supplies per month and get $3 an hour more!!!!
