Lots of opportunity to learn new technologies and grown in the field. The work directly supports a broader global purpose and mission, not just some company's bottom line. Majority of staff operate with very high integrity and care for one another. Very diverse organization with staff from over 80 countries operating in a similar number of countries.
Cons
Very distributed organization, can be hard to connect and collaborate effectively. This often leads to duplicated efforts and solutions. Funding model leads to tight finances from time to time.
