Even if you do everything right, once you do one wrong thing they will make sure to make it known and will escalate it and not care what the story is behind your mistake, they do not allow mistakes, and will ensure you never feel appreciated here. This place will suck you dry and will leave you with 0 work life balance because by the end of the day you’ll leave so feeling so mentally drained that you won’t feel up for doing anything after work.
