Pros

If you know you're job well, for the most part management will leave you alone

Cons

At the Silicon Valley location this is absolutely true: -They hire people off the street who know nothing for you to train to replace you. -Pay has been vastly cut since my last time there. -Racism and favoritism is rampant. -I was one of their most profitable employees and couldn't get a raise. -Constantly threaten laying people off because of poor profits then report double digit surpluses to corporate.

We’re sorry you left SIMCO with these feelings and wish you would have expressed them to our management while you were here. As mentioned above, any racism is ABSOLUTELY NOT TOLERATED at SIMCO and that would have been immediately addressed. We’d like to hear more about your claims even now… please contact any of our senior leaders that are listed on our website via phone or send an email to info@simco.com.”

Pros

Local Management actually listens to their team asks for ideas for improvement.

Cons

Executive staff expects loyalty from employees but does not reciprocate. Lays off long time employees (over20 years) to save money instead of doing the right thing and cutting their salaries and company cars to save money. Expects long hours, complains about use of overtime.
