Consistent hours. paid holidays. Work environment.

Zero benefits for part-time. Aging tech/equipment.

The staff is wonderful. Everyone is easy to work with and there is a casual, yet professional environment. I feel supported and I am not micro-managed. The patients are wonderful and I look forward to serving them.

The pay. For my profession, it is very underpaid and the main drawback. For the work that I do and the quality, the pay is equivalent to about 75-80 percent of what I around be making.
