Pros
Some coworkers were supportive and tried to help each other manage the heavy workload.
Cons
Workloads were for the most part unmanageable, with no raises or bonuses to reflect the effort required. Management showed little empathy, and the company’s stated values often did not match how employees were treated. Frequent changes to work platforms and applications, combined with limited training, added unnecessary stress. Attempts to escalate concerns to leadership, including the CEO, went unanswered. The current business model is unsustainable and puts the company at risk of collapse if changes aren’t made.
