      1. Worst Micro management 2. CEO never believe the employees working under them 3. no sensible targets and they want you to be available 24*7 without a break 4. Highly egoistic CEO 5. Please don't make your life hell by joining here

      Good People, particularly in Sales and Marketing

      Cons

      No clue on how to build a company in areas outside of India and Middle East. Complete non-understanding from top of Leadership in the investment to be successful in North America.
