SISLare obviously that they will hire you when you have been struggling to get a job elsewhere they do have accommodations. The food isn't five star but it's a meal and you can get on your feet in a short period of time if that's your goal.
Cons
The cons? Wow. When they are busy they will not give you the time off that you need for your own well-being. At least not in my case I worked everyday six or seven days a week 11 hours a day for two full Summers and was not allowed to take time off which was badly needed until I quit. Yet others who were seasonal for granted two or 3 weeks time off and they were not even full time year round employees
Work Life Balance
Leave is never a problem
Little or no work pressure
Cons
Ancient technologies to work for
No growth in terms of technology, compared to market demand/compatibility
Promotions and appraisals are biased to manager favorites
Appraisal range is between 5-10% max
CTC is bloated (12-15% is hidden as variable component and uncertain)
Bonus is rare and declared to be paid 3 years (yes 3 years) after announcement
Notice period is 3 months - cheap attrition policy
Education amount not reimbursed
Decisions are slow
senior management has "keep safe distance" policy (not open door)
Web mail and internet access is too stricts (even tech blogs are blocked)
