Pros
environment is really good friendly people around. organize events by gathering and helping each other. Salary on 7th of the month. sometimes early depends on HR's mood. Management is good until you agree with their decision. fully subsidized lunch, bi-weekly friday fun activities
Cons
whatever you work on, you must work on wordpress or leave the company. technical higher management cannot think out of CMS systems to develop solution. if you are targeted by their dirty politics, you either end up being like them or leave the company in bad terms even if you don't want.
