My advise is search for a job in another company because in this one, you will only last 3 months and you will gain a lot of enemies in the industry due to this company doesn’t have money to pay the trades and suppliers

HR person was nice and easy to talk to.

Sean thought 10+ years of construction experience was worth less than the industry standard. He will underpay you for the work you will perform, don't waste your time. Find a better employer.
