      Great pay and opportunity to move up. Able to adapt to the cold environment. Able to learn fast just by watching. Cold environment

      Cons

      They don't physically trained newcomer . You watch and learn by yourself. Not a problem since I'm a fast learner. So far it's a good job.

      The insurance, that's it, nothing else.

      Cons

      Favoritism, lies, false points handed out to whomever they don't like, no core values, ZERO COMMUNICATION, vacation accrual system is the worst in the area, do not inform you on when you're required to work OT, PAY IS TERRIBLE FOR PACK TECHS/Machine operators at $18.50, barely $1 more than line workers, no incentives, did I mention Favoritism and Lies?,
