Its size CAN be a hindrance for the VERY large projects. The small number of technicians/field engineers makes it difficult to cover worldwide. It keeps cost down, but makes it tough on the few but very good employees.

Needs a management refurbish at sales and service level to compete internationally. lack of actual future vision(on on paper -:( ); outdated in structure, technology and ideas for running daily activities; lack of product knowledge mainly the ones they sell(80% selling other competition product at much higher prices).
