      Pros

      Some staff are great and pay is decent.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of communication between departments, management does not feel like they're being completely honest with staff and sugar coats everything. No growth or opportunities.

      Pros

      Skycity cares about stuffs; working at a really stunning town; it's not 24 hours open, so less pressure; free training to start the professional work;

      Cons

      Night-shift is not good for health; as a dealer, have to spend years of years to be promoted; company benefit for dealer is not good.

      Nice people. The convention centre hosts different events so the requirements of the job are always changing.

      Terribly pay and benefits.
