Pros
A lot of hours, therefore, a lot of overtime. Has never missed a paycheck. You have room to advance within the company if that's what you are going for.
Cons
A lot of hours, therefore, not a lot of time away from work. Expect to work minimum of six 12hr days per week, and be excited if you get only 5. Point system is quite a pain, 7 points. Points get docked for practically anything. Very difficult to spend time with a family, because you are always at work.
