      Pros

      Great science, good benefits, not bad salaries. If you want your kids to go to college and are ok doing the same thing for 30 years, this may be a good choice for you.

      Cons

      Operations is a mess. They can't keep anybody brought in to change things because there are many stubborn interests stuck in the past and many regulations from the government. DO NOT work in Computing Dept. they can't keep a CIO and nobody at the lab including the people who work there like it. Funding is going down.
