Pros
Strong customer success focus, well-known brand in the e-commerce technology space, fosters innovation, experienced marketing team, smart product team. Employees are valued and work culture is strong. Everyone is exceedingly nice to work with. Global culture that encourages diversity.
Cons
Some teams have suffered from high turnover because of past management issues and a lot of change in 2014 and 2015. Most of those of us who have stayed love the work, technology and company culture, and we see the changes moving in a positive direction. But it's not the right fit for someone who's just looking at the monetary payoff, and it's not for someone who expects change just to happen without jumping in and finding ways to be part of it.
