Pros

Office is located in KL Eco city which is convenient for public transport users.

Cons

- office is super run down - manager and director are micromanagers, unable to take suggestions from juniors or new employees - salary was always late with no prior disclaimer that it would be late - benefits are nonexistent, and did not clarify during the interview process, claims made are inconsistent with what is submitted - older longstanding employees have their own clique and make it hard for newer employees to get along/get invited to "company" events

- Worked under a manager who exemplified strong leadership and taught me valuable lessons about supporting a team. This manager was approachable and always willing to help when challenges arose. - Direct team was fantastic to work with, and the office overall had friendly, accommodating colleagues.

Cons

- Agency life is fast-paced, but here it often crossed the line into toxic. - Micromanagement style created unhealthy competition across teams; one small mistake that doesn't impact the team or their work for the clients can be blown out of proportion. - Punctuality rules were excessive — even a one-minute delay from lunch could lead to a warning letter. - Over time, these practices created an environment that was more rigid than supportive, which made it difficult to stay motivated but easy to feel dreadful coming to work.
