Great School to work at.

I really do not have any cons.

Good pay and benefits, nice community, a lot of resources and nice families/students. Most teachers and staff area great.

Like all schools, we have the same issues. Not enough people to go around, behavior issues and emotional issues without enough resources to address them, too many demands placed on too little staff. Administration that sometimes seems out of touch with what's happening in the classroom.
