      Pros

      Incredible support network from the London office and in country. Very rewarding work, get involved at all levels and management allows you to input in how the operations of the company works

      Cons

      Very demanding hours - Sometimes 14 to 16 hour days. Very hard to find paid positions outside of the London office.
