Pros
SM is very well-known. Plus, the load of work you'll have will be somewhat an advantage especially if you're still starting out as you'll really learn a lot from how the company works.
Cons
Aside from the application process and with all the series of interviews that are taking too long, the salary is really low. The chances of walking up the ladder are really low too, so you'll end up looking for another company once you've earned years of experience. Overall, it's a company good for beginners not for those who are looking to expand their opportunities.
