Pros

I have been working here for more than 2 years, and SMART really made a big impact into my life. I was able to earn money without having to go out, and deal with traffic everyday since we are working from home permanently. Also, it allows me to still make time for my family without having to worry if I will be late for work. The salary is a great deal plus the bonuses which is also is a good number, that I would be able to sustain my personal needs, and help my family at the same time. SMART also molded me to become a great performer/agent, and that is because our leaders never failed in guiding us, that it encourages us to always give our best when we come to work everyday.

Cons

We usually encounter system issues, that sometimes it can affect our daily targets. However, actions are immediately made after we report it to our leaders.

Pros

Working at Smart Apartment Data as a QA Manager has been a really positive experience. The culture is collaborative and supportive, and everyone’s input is valued no matter their role. There are clear processes and standards in place, which makes the work structured but still rewarding. I also appreciate how leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in helping employees grow. One of the things I value most is how inclusive the company is—despite having a physical disability, I was given the opportunity to be part of the team and contribute my skills, which speaks volumes about their culture. There are plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects, share ideas for improvement, and make an impact. The work-life balance is respected, and the flexibility makes it easier to manage both personal and professional responsibilities.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, priorities can shift quickly, so it takes some adaptability. The standards are high, which can be demanding at times, but they’ve also pushed me to develop professionally. If anything, more cross-department alignment could help smooth out workflows. Overall, it’s a company where you feel valued, challenged, and supported.
