      Some excellent colleagues, salary ok

      Cons

      Very poor UK directors, old style management style done on the back of a cigarette packet & heavy male dominated drinking culture. No strategy whatsoever.

      A good stepping stone to gain exposure and experience.

      Cons

      Very old school and operate like a start-up with very lean headcount, feel like there is no progression as there is only 1 -2 person in every departments.
