Absolutely Third class company - Relationship Manager SMEJoinup Employee Review

- Nothing in this company is worth working for - avoid at all costs

- everyone is overworked - CEO has absolutely pathetic style of management - work keeps on piling, nobody cares about you, and there is too much pressure. - Very few people in the content section work full time for her - I worked in Pune right under their CEO as a content writer, I was given huge targets per word each day and I told them I won't be able to do so much. 3000 words + social media posts EACH day was there expectation with 25k salary. - when I joined company was 5 years old, and she still called it a start-up. The company doesn't grow beyond 10 pol because nobody is willing to work under so much pressure - everyone is expected to do everything - content writers and PR people were asked to do sales and when refused, she clearly said we pay you high. - I specifically asked for 5 days a week, she tried to give me so much work that I would have to come on Saturday too and I refused. - even the sales people had astronomical targets in name of incentives - she had fights with almost everyone in her cabin, her expectations from a person a unreal.. - There is no structure, ceo has no idea how to manage a team

No reason to work there,nothing is good about that company even its a fraud company.

List is long but i will share few of them: 1.No Management at all(no proper data,no proper hr team,salary issues) 2.Not safe for girls 3.Making fool of employees as well client. 4.Work pressure is too high(even they don't have proper data to generate leads). 5.Team Leader is a cheater and very mean as well as rude,dont know to speak in English,don't have manners to talk to a girl.In a single line have no quality to work in any organisation ,team leader is big word for him. 6.Company owner have that attitude that there employees are like a servant not an employee. 7.They always use to say that their head office is in Kolkata also but in reality they don't have any office there. 8.Before hiring they make fake promises but they don't fullfill.
