      You don't take work home and you get decent vacation time. It's really a crapshoot and everything depends on the school you're placed in.

      Cons

      The organization does not value you at all and you are 100% replaceable.

      Loved getting to gain professional and personal growth experiences. Good benefits. Pay scale should be adjusted due to higher cost of living than when it was created.
