Oh boy - Anonymous employee SMP Health System Employee Review

Well for starters, I have been employed here for five years. My hospital in Peru (run by the same people as Spring Valley) closed. They gave the employees a eight day notice and made them reapply for their jobs. They cut my hours and refused to give me the position that I was going to get two weeks after we closed. Everyone is rude and manipulative. There is no way to move up or get any form of pay increase. During my time there, I only received one raise. This place is a joke.
