The culture is fast-paced and driven by high performance. I have worked on many diverse client projects across many industries. The leads provided are not actual leads; ninety percent of the people contacted never booked an appointment or agreed to a consultation. Compounding this issue, the worst-quality leads are systematically assigned to new employees. Despite management’s claim that it is the only company offering this service, Kevin O'Leary openly promotes a direct competitor. Ultimately, this is a dying business model that will soon be entirely replaced by AI.
