Diversity, Campus Beauty, Tuition Benefits, Retirement Benefits (but don't stay too long or you'll get "retired")
Cons
SMU is in the midst of eliminating over 100 positions. If you're a middle manager or have been there for 10+ years you may want to ask yourself if there is really stability there? In the midst of their layoffs there has been a lot of age discrimination - it's been very sad to see when many have served the University 20+years.
