Pros

This organization supports veterans and you cant say anything bad about that.

Cons

Overall, there is a lack of committment in this organization to a business model that will sustain the company long term. SNVC tends to be reactive, therefore changing business plans and organizational charts often. The CEO has placed people in leadership positions that for the most part do not have the level of experience necessary to complete the duties of their assigned roles and furthermore, those people he's assigned to key positions are within his "inner circle" so the power of influence outside of that circle is quite minimal for the rest of the leaders.

Pros

SNVC takes very good care of it's employees related to salary, benefits, time off, bonus and incentive rewards. However, as a small business that specializes in information technology, the company relies on current government contracts and receipt of contracts from other companies that can no longer perform (for whatever reasons). There is an extreme challenge/lack of performance in acquiring new contracts by the contract managers.

Cons

When longterm contracts expire, contract managers/specialists are unable to secure new contracts. Company is very good about temporarily holding on to those employees that are newly non-billable however the lack of new contracts forces them to relesae some very talented and loyal people.
