Pros
You make good money, especially if you don't take the benefits. The benefits are worth the cut in pay if you do take them, though.
Cons
Moral in the company is very poor. If you are a worker at the bottom of the totem pole it almost feels like you're not worth much to those at the top. Career advancement is hard, especially from security because it is under a different contract.
