A big disappointment - Anonymous employee SOFTiD SOLUTIONS Employee Review

To start with, SOFTiD has a very friendly environment. Till date, my professional growth is tremendous and my learning has not stopped. It is a great place to learn new things everyday if you have the passion. Our CEO, till today wears different hats. He is a very eminent leader and I feel privileged to be working alongside with him. He is easily accessible which we can't find in many companies. Likewise our COO, is a talented lady who has helped me grow both professionally and personally. For all the people who had given negative reviews, I would say one thing. If you had the passion to work and learn, you would have loved it here. Since you were not efficient, you couldn't handle the pressure. EOD, their reactions are the results of your actions.

Things are getting organised and the company is trying to build quality employees. So, I would say the con henceforth would lie in the employee's mindset of how they perceive.

I am here as software developer and I see that I am growing day by day and becoming technically strong.Lot of technical challenges and new learning in this company.They always been updated with technical market.I am very happy to be part of softidsolutions. I joined as a fresher here and now I am having 3 years of experience in same company.One thing is true no one will be continue with one company whole life change always happen mostly in IT Industry.Like that I also may change company in few years but ya Again when ever I will get opportunity to come back in this company I will come and join and try to continue long and long with softid.They given good life and good platform with 200% confidence in technical. If you want to grow and you love to take challenges and want to learn new technology you should join this company.I feel that if you have good knowledge and skill you can get everything and company also will be happy to give you because no one wants to loose good resource Its my personal experience with this company. Note: Guys I see here few comments which is good and bad both.Its every individual will have own opinion which I don't want to comment but I could see few comment which I feel that there are few people who takes things personally not professionally and they keep throughout frustration.This sorts of people dont want to work,try to do politic for that want to get paid.You could easily sense in some feedback.If you read these sorts of comments you could see apart from work they talk everything and how much they were interested towards to there work.I don't think so any company want to keep the person who don't do the work as per there responsibility ,productivity .Apart from that they do all which makes company to be in loss.Every company will have 10-20% employee who is unhappy with the company. So, guys my suggestion for all of you listen to everyone and do what your heart and mind says.If not who knows what your going to loose... Suggestions to those sorts of people "Please stop misguiding good people".You are not going to get anything but some one may loose many thing.

I never care anything except work,learning and knowledge.I hope if its there also it is minor which is avoidable because we join the company in professional life not personal.I feel if you have knowledge then you will be get paid accordingly which will make you feel happy.So ,I am happy and i couldn't find anything as such.
