The worst environment I've ever experienced - Anonymous employee SOLUTE Employee Review

Hello. Most folks report to our program managers, they are all good, experienced leaders that really do care about people. These reviews are a bit funny, one says that I am a micro manager, etc, and the next says that I am never around. I understand there is always an emotional response when employment is terminated. I am happy to take any legitimate feedback that I can use to make the company better. We do invest quite a bit of money on employee training, including a huge IT lab with $15 million of equipment. The company is growing quite a bit, and all of our best engineers stay with the company for quite some time. I encourage you to meet the program manager and teammates that you will be working with and decide for yourself. Also we offer 3 weeks PTO and 11 government holidays and a reasonable work schedule.
