Pros
Most left to yourself to work. Friendly staff (though some not so much, you have to pick your friends and stick to them).
Cons
Management are morons and lack direction. They make up new rules for things like break and lunch just to put you down. Some staff will break rules then try to tattle on others who are breaking the same rules.
