He is considered by employees to be extremely approachable and friendly but is brilliantly focused on ensuring the success of the global company. - The company has many employees who have been with the organization for over 10 years. This speaks volumes to how the company cares. - Management and Human Resources is very supportive and often challenged by a number of global projects but it is the nature of a growing global company. - In general, the office conditions are excellent but at this point most employees work remotely as a result of the pandemic.

- The company is in the midst of a global transformation that is putting significant pressure on the organization. Fast paced company but rewarding. This is a global company that operates locally but is doing all it can to function globally to meet the market challenges.
