I couldn't tell you a ton of cons, I remember my time fondly.

No micro-managing. Employees are encouraged to suggest and implement new ideas and initiatives.

Location of office. The office is too small for the number of employees working there. Nepotism is rampant. Ethnic discrimination against those who are not Latino is also a huge problem.
