      Pros

      Everyone if very nice, the company's strategy for entering the US market was only good in theory.

      Cons

      Leadership did not listen to common sense ideas that the sales professionals offered to help build brand awareness and trust, therefore, making deals can be far more challenging. I was warned when I started that the US CEO was all over the place and it was true

      Remote work, flexible hours, company with 50 years in the market

      Cons

      Small team in the US (10 people), all support and admin is from LATAM with non-english speaking people. Weak service level for US standards and corporate leadership lacks knowledge of US Market. Very low salary, not competive and capped commisions.
