Pros
Great people in the office and on site, staff looked after well with perks cant comment on salaries but mine was ok not great. Great head office to work in. Such a shame they are in this position now. CEO worked hard to build this company but we feel he stepped away to collect awards and took his eye off Ant and Dec who were running it.
Feel sorry for the staff here and on site that are being forced to leave because of their mistakes. My role is ok at the moment but for how long.
Cons
No communication from the top down, we listen for office gossip and rumors to try and find out what is going to happen, the office and site staff are like two separate companies.
Most directors with little to no experience and extremely bad at communication, Even now we are kept in the dark of how much we owe / are owed and are finding out from subcontractors as we are the talk of the town, its no wonder a lot are jumping ship.
One director left recently and is largely responsible for the mess we are in now, priced a number of large projects well under what they needed to be, always ran away from problems (which was known in the company) and always pushed us to agree PO's without correct valuations, he had no clue in costs/ finance or construction. Other director should be a politician, lies through his teeth to clients which is no wonder he's had complaints against him he should be left tendering and nothing else.
