Pros
Good work hours and locations. Benefits are good 4% 401k match with no vesting time. On site management has a genuine interest in its employees.
Cons
Being an onsite employee you get ignored by corporate. Emailing HR, Payroll, Security or any other section at the corporate office is useless. They never respond and your issues arent resolved. Pay is low for technically qualified employees. They have a difficult time filling and retaining employees. Always short handed so you are expected to perform twice the work.
