variety of projects, many types of work. team mates are the best part. some good office perks. HQ in good location. HR leader very progressive
Cons
Good old boy network - not really willing to change. Senior Leadership spends more time partying with each other instead of being inclusive of outperforming managers and employees. forced "family" environment - family values are self centered to the family and the inner circle. promotions aren't based on performance only on who you know. lack of understanding of what it takes to make the company work as one unit. too much money spent on BD resources that don't seem to be very successful. too much money spent on building renovations... all could be utilized in providing more PTO, higher salaries/bonuses. lack of flexibility to work from home - only during COVID. no accountability of performance for some executives.
