They tried their best. Cool product, fun people.

They focused too much on optics, making it seem like we’re a globally deployed, successful technology. But globally distributing your hard physical assets is a nightmare logistically particularly when they break constantly. I don't feel leadership took responsibility for the criticality of the defects. Instead, the problem was allowed to be diffuse. And it was a game of whack-a-mole.
