Pros
1.Ideal place to learn that inspite of working for 12 hours,sacrificing your personal time to company,you can still be kicked out for critising the CTO and CEO. 2.Refer your so called friends(?) So that when they fall into depression,the blame does not come to you. 3.Since the salary is never paid in time,I can never overspend.
Cons
1.Employee are treated as slaves and should be at the neck and call of CTO and CEO.2.Ideas adopted without verifying their workability and when commented,the employee is dropped like hot brick.The CEO and CTO who bother you 24*7 do not even wish you on exit.Selfish. 3.No work culture Meeting held till 11p.m 4.No clear vision ,only fooling employees and others by promising rewards and recognition. NEVER recommend any one.I lost valuable time and peace of mind.
