Incompetent Leadership: The head of design appeared to be unaware of their responsibilities, leading to disorganization and ineffective guidance.
Responsibility Shifting: There was a strong tendency for individuals to shift their duties and responsibilities onto others, causing resentment and inefficiency.
Toxic Work Environment: The overall work environment was highly toxic, characterized by constant political maneuvering and a general lack of professionalism.
