Wish she still stay in Chatham, IL but moved out of town. So worked ended and I haven't found any work since November 2014.

Toxic and unpredictable environment. No established standards for project planning and delivery. Hard to work on logic and knowledge, employees need to rely more on gossip and boss pleasing attitude. Very hard to perform team work as no one wants to learn new things. Micromanagement and nit-picking along with archaic ancient methods are used for project management, I would say even Dinosaurs have moved on from the work style that is used here.
