Serviced this account for 6 months to a year. Was an absolute pleasure working with one of the best teams in my career to-date.
Everyone was on the ball, inclusive and driven. All have a common goal of wanting the co-working space to succeed by closing more deals and selling more memberships.
Operations and Space Director I/C were both also very open and encouraging to new ideas to promote the space, making it easy to put forth and test new campaign strategies.
Cons
Not really a management but more of a product issue.
Rental lease is very costly, which translates to costly workspace and private office memberships. Price points are not competitive enough against other industry players, making products very difficult to sell.
