      Smaller company, good benefits, mentors are very knowledgeable

      Cons

      lack of training, stubborn and illogical management, Swedish owned so there is a cultural difference that is frustrating, no acknowledgement of time spent researching and quantifying prospects; just if you got the sale or not.

      the work is not about 8 or 10 hrs per day but you should have to be ready to work for 24 hrs if situation demands.
